• In mineral samples: Is it more or less likely that 208Tl is in equilibrium with 228Ra than that 214Bi is in equilibrium with 226Ra? Argue for your answer
• For scale samples, the same question.
• For the scale sample: Supposing equilibrium between 214Bi and 226Ra, - what is the activity concentration of 226Ra in the sample? Is the activity concentration above or below the exemption level?
